Alcohol Seminar

The Alcohol Seminar is a group learning experience that allows for students to challenge misconceptions about alcohol in a university setting, employs harm reduction strategies so that students leave with a better understanding of their responsibility when it comes to alcohol, and teaches practical tools for staying safe and making educated choices for themselves. Drunk goggles, measuring drinks and night out calculations are all a part of this engaging workshop.
Any student is welcome to attend but are encouraged to email the Coordinator of Residence Conduct, Derek Worden, at dworden@housing.uwo.ca if they would like to receive notifications about upcoming seminars.

Cannabis Seminar

The Cannabis Seminar is a group learning experience that aims to educate students on safe consumption practices, common misconceptions, and relevant legislation and residence policy. The session employs harm reduction strategies so that students leave with a better understanding of their responsibility when it comes to cannabis, and teaches practical tools for staying safe and making educated choices for themselves. Cannabis goggles and night out calculations are all a part of this engaging workshop.
